<p>Firing up the local game again, now that I have some free time. We will be at Fortress Sunspotica. We will be picking up where we left off. For the newcomers, 5e Rules, 200 base, 50 pnts disadvantages (for flavor). No more than 50 active points in a power. Don't get exotic. No variable Power Pools. No multiform. Speed capped at 7. Dex capped at 29. Defenses should run from the high teens to the high 20's. New char's will be running 20 / 30 points behind the main group. There will be accelerated exp for newcomers to get them caught up. Oh, no Artificial Intellegence concepts (the world history has an issue with this). No mentalists (unless you can think of a really good reason that you were gone from the planet for 2 years. That won't get you spat upon by the general public...). Basic premise is the champions universe, but 99% of the heroes and all the non sleazy villians are dead from an extradimensional invasion. You are around because you were mangled pretty hard in the battles leading up to the final event, that you couldn't take place in it...</p>
